Use of the service

Mojique is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The service is free to use for personal and commercial creative work. You retain all rights to the artwork you create with it.

Your content

The canvases you make are yours. Mojique does not claim any ownership or licence over the work you produce. The app never transmits canvas content to any server.

Code licence

The Mojique source code is proprietary, all rights reserved. The application is offered free of charge but is not open-source — the code is not licensed for redistribution, modification, or commercial use by third parties.

Emoji rendering

Mojique renders emojis using your operating system's built-in emoji font. The visual appearance of an emoji therefore depends on the platform you use. Names and keywords are sourced from Unicode CLDR via the open-source emojibase-data package.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided without any guarantee of availability, fitness, or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss caused by clearing your browser storage.
