What Mojique stores on your device

Mojique is a static web app. Every canvas you create lives in your browser's IndexedDB storage. The app never sends canvas content, emoji selections, project names, or any other piece of your work to a server.

Anonymous analytics

Mojique uses Umami, a cookieless analytics service, to learn which features are used and which break. The information recorded is aggregate and anonymous: which page was visited, whether the timeline was scrubbed, whether a PNG or video was exported. No personal data is collected, no IP address is stored, and no cookies are set.

Crash reporting

When the app crashes, a stack trace is sent to Sentry so the bug can be fixed. The report contains the browser version, operating system, the JavaScript error, and the route you were on — never the canvas content or your project names.

Local storage

Settings (theme, last canvas dimensions, dismissed onboarding toast) are saved as small key-value entries in your browser's localStorage. Clearing your browser data wipes everything — both the localStorage entries and the projects stored in IndexedDB.
